Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as DECOOR cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
