UK Delivery
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days
- Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday
- Orders placed before 2pm are eligible for next working day delivery
Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking information.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur during busy periods or due to courier issues outside of our control.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. DECOOR cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information.
